AN IMPERIAL RUSSIAN PORCELAIN PLATE FROM THE WINTER PALACE SERVICE, IMPERIAL PORCELAIN FACTORY, PERIOD OF NICHOLAS II, DATED 1913. With sunken cavatto banded in gilt and the upper margin emblazened with the Imperial Double-Headed Eagle and the rim gilded. Underside with green cypher of Nicholas II and dated 1913. Diameter 9.4 inches (24 cm).
