A FINE 19TH CENTURY GOLD SNUFF BOX, PROBABLY ITALIAN. The lid finely tooled and inlaid with yellow gold with a scene of trumpets and a musical score on engine turned rose gold ground, the hinged lid interior with engraved inscription “To Monika Dailey the Priest of the Highest Art R.W.”, and stamped with various unidentified hallmarks. Length 3.125 inches (8 cm), width 2.125 inches (5.5 cm), weight approximate 84 grams.
