A RUSSIAN GILT DECORATED PORCELAIN TEA SERVICE, CIRCA 1830. Comprising a teapot, milk pitcher, covered sugar bowl, and four matching cups and saucers. Each with gilt decorated rims and borders and with the old style Russian Imperial double headed eagle beneath a crown. Some pieces with indistinguishable incised mark, perhaps a Latin G for Gardner. Height of teapot 9.6 inches (24.5cm)
