A PAIR OF LARGE RUSSIAN WHITE BISQUE PORCELAIN FIGURES, GARDNER, CIRCA 1830. The pair depicting an idyllic image of family, comprising a figure of a mother carrying her son upon her shoulders and a father carrying his daughter upon his shoulders with a small deer at his feet. The underside of both figures impressed in Cyrillic GARDNER beneath St. George Slaying a Dragon-Moscow. Height 11.75 inches (30 cm).
