AN INTERESTING LOT OF IMPERIAL RUSSIAN SILVER MOUNTED GLASS TOILETRY BOTTLES, GRAND DUCHESS MARIA ALEXANDROVNA, ST. PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1880. Comprising five glass bottles and jars of various shapes each with heavy vertical cut and polished glass side panels and each with silver mounted lids or caps engraved with the intertwined cipher MA for Maria Alexandrovna beneath the Royal Crown. Each hallmarked St. Petersburg, circa 1880, and with Latin makers initials F.E.H. for F.E. Henrichsen, and also stamped with the silver standard 84. Each measuring approximately 4 inches in height (10 cm).
