A LARGE PAIR OF WELL CARVED CHINESE IVORY TUSKS, DRAGON AND TIGERS , 19TH/20TH CENTURY. The ivory well carved and detailed in the round with a large dragon battling three Asian tigers above stylized waves, mounted with a foliate carved hardwood plinth set in a carved hardwood stand with raised foliate panels supported on scrolled legs. The ivory 12.5 inches high (31.5 cm), total height 24 inches (61 cm).
