A RUSSIAN SILVER HOT WATER KETTLE WITH BURNER AND STAND, MOROZOV, ST. PETERSBURG, 1908-1917. Resting on a four legged base with inset burner and attached with chained fastener keys, the body with lobed sides and the rim bordered in acanthus. With large swivel handle and domed oval fitted lobed lid with ivory final and the interior gilded. Height 17 inches (43 cm) with handle up. Hallmarked St. Petersburg 1908-1917, and with Cyrillic maker's mark "MOROZOV" under the Imperial Warrant. Height 17 inches (43 cm) with handle up. Weight 88.13 troy oz.
