AN IMPRESSIVE AUGUSTIN LAHURE FRENCH SILVER WASH SET, LATE 19TH CENTURY. Comprising an ovoid footed pitcher with repoussed scrolled cartouche reserved on spiral flutes with scalloped terminals. Below an acanthus and bell flower carved handle and with matching basin. Stamped maker's mark and minerva head (.950). Height 14.75 inches (37.5 cm) Diameter 16.875" (43 Cm). Weight 102.6 troy oz.
