Probably Richard Crossley, London 1803, of rectangular cushion shape with hinged ring handles above facial lions masks sculpted in deep relief and raised on hairy paw feet surmounted with a fitted domed lid, each with an engraved armorial device. Removable handle mount detached. Length 13.25 inches (33.5 cm) Weight 111.1 troy oz.
