A GEORGE III SILVER COVERED ENTRÉE DISH. Probably Richard Crossley, London 1803, of rectangular cushion shape with hinged ring handles above facial lions masks sculpted in deep relief and raised on hairy paw feet surmounted with a fitted domed lid, each with an engraved armorial device. Removable handle mount detached. Length 13.25 inches (33.5 cm) Weight 111.1 troy oz.
