A VERY FINE VICTORIAN EASTLAKE WALNUT MARQUETRY TILT TOP SEWING OR MUSIC STAND, CIRCA 1875. With burled walnut panels and tilting top with marquetry floral still life scene on ebonized ground, lifting to reveal a shallow storage compartment. Raised on a complicated multi-shaped and bracketed four leg stand. Height 28 inches (71 cm), width 22 inches (56 cm), depth 17 inches (43 cm).
