A VERY FINE AUSTRIAN ENAMELED AND SILVER GILT MINIATURE CLOCK, CIRCA 1860. The miniature clock with porcelain dial set in an enameled circular case supported by finely sculpted winged cherubs surmounting a rectangular plinth with finely enameled floral and scenic panel of a romantic couple. Stamped hallmarks include 800 and “Tirnau” wheel mark for 1860. Height 4.75 inches (12 cm).
